ElevenAgents (formerly Conversational AI) is sold as monthly plans with call minutes included, from 15 min/month free to 12,375 min/month on Business. Extra minutes cost $0.08/min. Every paid plan works out near the overage rate, so the plan you pick mostly buys concurrency. Starter and Creator show a first-month promo on the vendor page. The table uses the regular price, and the note under the fee is the promo.
Extra minutes, burst pricing and silence discount
- Extra minutes: $0.08/min, plus the LLM.
- Burst, above your concurrency and up to 3× the limit: $0.16/min.
- Silence discount: 95% off for silence periods longer than 10 seconds. We do not apply it, because it depends on the call.
- SMS: $0.003/msg.

No ElevenLabs telephony fee. Bring Twilio or your own SIP trunk; your carrier bills you. With Twilio, a US local number is $1.15/month and inbound local calls are $0.0085/min.

Scenario (our assumptions, not vendor figures): inbound calls on one US local number; average call 3 minutes; the business needs 10 calls at once; a GPT-4.1-mini-class LLM; each platform's cheapest published voice. Where a platform bills the LLM by token and publishes no per-minute figure, we use Retell's published GPT 4.1 mini rate ($0.0128/min) as a stand-in and label it assumption. We pick the cheapest plan with at least 10 concurrent calls at each volume.

Is it worth it?
If you already use ElevenLabs voices, ElevenAgents is the direct way to put them on a phone call. Minutes sit near the overage rate on every plan, and you bring the carrier. The free and Starter plans cap concurrency below a 10-call setup, so that agency starts on Creator.
